The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed South Yorkshire HA, a Sheffield-based provider managing over 5,000 homes, on its Gradings Under Review (GUR) list.

The RSH is investigating matters which may impact on SYHA’s compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.   In its most recent Regulatory Judgement (RJ) published in September 2022, the RSH downgraded SYHA to G2 for Governance and maintained its V2 grading for Viability.  The RSH endeavours to publish a narrative RJ or Regulatory Notice (RN) within six to eight weeks of a provider being placed on the GUR list.
