In the week commencing Monday 5 August 2024 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) published four more Regulatory Judgements on the Consumer Standards. The RSH has determined through responsive engagement that four local authorities have failed to meet the requirements of the Consumer Standards and consequently they have received C3 straplines:
- Ashford Borough Council (Safety and Quality Standard and Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard)
- Brighton and Hove City Council (Safety and Quality Standard)
- London Borough of Hackney (Safety and Quality Standard) and
- South Derbyshire District Council (Safety and Quality Standard).
