In the week commencing Monday 18 September 2023 the Housing Ombudsman published:

• its Complaint Handling Failure Order (CHFO) report for the quarter to 30 June 2023 which shows that the Ombudsman issued 43 CFHOs with 18 of those not being complied with, the most non-compliance in one quarter since the introduction of CHFOs
