The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has served enforcement notices on St Andrews Community Housing Limited and Kinsman Housing Limited.

St Andrews and Kinsman are both small providers and are non-compliant with the RSH’s Economic Standards. Kinsman is also in breach of the RSH’s Consumer Standards.

The providers will each need to commission an independent review to address the persistent and serious non-compliance with Regulatory Standards and then provide a clear action plan with timescales to the RSH.
