• launched its consultation on its proposed approach for issuing Good Practice and potential topics. The consultation builds on the power given to the Ombudsman in the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, to issue guidance to Housing Ombudsman Scheme members on good practice in the carrying on of housing activities covered by the Scheme
