In the week commencing Monday 17 June 2024 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH):
- published its latest fire safety remediation report, in which it set out its findings from the 2023-24 Quarter 4 survey on 11 metre plus buildings in English social housing. The report says that “Fire risk assessments have been undertaken on 98.5% of all buildings reported, with a further 0.7% planned within the next six months of the survey (by the end of September 2024)” and “Landlords report that 88% of [the 1,820] buildings with EWS related LCFS defects are expected to be remediated within the next 5 years”
