In the week commencing Monday 27 November 2023 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH):

We will consider using further powers if required”.  As a result of the RN being published, Rosewood has been removed from the RSH’s Gradings Under Review List
  • wrote to registered providers to request additional data on fire safety remediation. The data must be submitted by 31 December 2023
  • published 46 Regulatory Judgements in which 37 providers retained their existing gradings for Governance and Viability. Six providers – Bourneville, Brighter Places, Fairhive, Look Ahead, Pioneer and Trent & Dove – were re-graded from V1 to V2 with Look Ahead also being downgraded from G1 to G2.  Railway was also downgraded from G1 to G2 whilst both GreenSquareAccord and Wandle were upgraded from G2 to G1
