The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed Christian Action (Enfield) Housing Association Limited (CAE), a London-based provider managing approximately 1,600 properties, on its Gradings Under Review (GUR) list.
The RSH is investigating matters which may impact on CAE’s compliance with the Viability element of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard. In its most recent Regulatory Judgement (RJ) published in December 2022, the RSH graded CAE as V2 for Viability and G3 for Governance. The RSH endeavours to publish a narrative RJ or Regulatory Notice (RN) within six to eight weeks of a provider being placed on the GUR list.
