The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and the National Housing Federation (NHF) recently established the Better Social Housing Review, an independent panel to explore the issues of poor quality in some housing association homes.
The panel would like to speak with housing staff in operational roles (e.g. repairs and maintenance) and is inviting people to attend one of two virtual roundtable meeting slots on:
