From those that have seen which is the majority have that middle ground.
The value though it could be an earlier indicator that those on a tipping point of positivity or dissatisfaction? – it will be helpful on trend data if this is how you have always collected the information.
Personally, i am never a fan of the middle ground, it can find it too easy to tick that box
We could ask everyone at next weeks meeting, i will out that on the agenda
