The RSH is investigating matters which may impact on Falcon’s compliance with its Governance and Financial Viability Standard. As Falcon has less than 1,000 homes, it does not currently have a published Regulatory Judgement (RJ). The RSH endeavours to publish a narrative RJ or Regulatory Notice (RN) within six to eight weeks of a provider being placed on the GUR list.
