The Housing Ombudsman has appointed a new Advisory Board, which is intended to bring an independent and external perspective to help to drive forward the Ombudsman’s plans. The Board will operate from 1 October 2021, the same date on which Tim Leslie will become chair of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee (ARAC), replacing Sue Harvey who has reached the end of her tenure as chair.
