The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed Eldonian Community Based Housing Association Limited (ECBHAL), which is based on Merseyside, on its Gradings Under Review (GUR) list).
The RSH is investigating matters which may impact on ECBHAL’s compliance with the RSH’s Governance and Financial Viability Standard. As ECBHAL owns less than 1,000 homes it does not currently have a published Regulatory Judgement (RJ). The RSH endeavours to publish a narrative RJ or Regulatory Notice (RN) within six to eight weeks of a provider being placed on the GUR list.
