In the week commencing Monday 18 November 2024, the Housing Ombudsman published:
- the report from an independent review of Aster Group Living’s living roof maintenance. The review, which was ordered in response to the systemic failings with managing a ‘living roof’, following damage suffered in a storm, has revealed broader safety and maintenance issues and
- the latest Learning from Severe Maladministration report which focuses on Anti-Social Behaviour and features 10 landlords.
