In the week commencing Monday 4 November 2024, the Housing Ombudsman published its Annual Complaints Review 2023-24, which reveals that the Ombudsman made 21,740 interventions to put things right for tenants in the year, an increase of 329% on the previous year. The Ombudsman has also published 271 landlord performance reports, for landlords which received five or more findings in the year to 31 March 2024, up from just 25 reports in 2022-23.
