In the week commencing Monday 23 September 2024 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) published Regulatory Judgements for 10 landlords:
- Bolton at Home – C2, G2 (downgraded from G1) and V2
- Calico Homes – C2, G2 (downgraded from G1) and V2
- Great Places HG – C2, G1 and V2
- Harlow DC – C3
- Havebury HP – C1, G1 and V2
- Islington and Shoreditch HA – G2 (downgraded from G1) and V2
- Legal & General Affordable Homes – G1 and V1
- Mosscare St Vincents HG – C2, G1 and V2
- Rooftop – C2, G1 and V2 and
- Saxon Weald – C2, G1 and V2.
The RSH determined that Harlow DC is failing to deliver the outcomes of the Safety and Quality Standard in respect of fire safety.
