In the week commencing Monday 24 June 2024 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH):
- published a Regulatory Judgement RJ) for Tuntum HA, in which the provider was upgraded from G2 to G1 for Governance and retained its V2 rating for Viability
- removed its Consumer Standards Regulatory Notice (RN) for Sovereign HA as the issues giving rise to the RN have been resolved
