In the week commencing Monday 2 October 2023 the Housing Ombudsman published:
- three severe maladministration findings across two cases for Peabody after it left one household with intermittent hot water for nearly two years and another with leaks in multiple rooms for three years. In one of the cases the second severe maladministration finding was in respect of complaint handling
- two severe maladministration findings for A2Dominion after failing two vulnerable residents living with damp and mould for a significant number of months
