HM Land Registry has released house price figures for England and its regions as at March 2021. House prices across the country increased by 10.2% in the year to March 2021, with the largest increases in Yorkshire and the Humber and the North East (14.0% and 13.7% respectively), and the smallest increases in London and the South East (3.7% and 7.9% respectively).
